`[Clinic A]` is for full removal with autologous dermis, and `[Clinic B]` is for repositioning with my own cartilage, but I’m not sure. I’m really torn. Please share reviews so I can choose a hospital.
If I remove everything, it feels a bit wasteful. Would it be right to reposition it with my ear cartilage? There aren’t many reviews, so I’m even more conflicted. It would be even better if the shape turns out pretty too~
Nostril shape
My nostrils used to lie more horizontally, but after surgery they changed to almost a vertical shape. What caused this? T_T Is it the columellar support? Cartilage suturing?.. If it is removed, will it go back to how it was before T_T?..

Feels like the shrinking phase has started
