My nasal bridge was originally high, so I used only donor rib cartilage plus ear cartilage for the tip and lifted it without silicone.... How does the nasolabial angle look? T_T When I look from the front, it feels too much like a pig nose and I honestly think I am going to lose my mind.... The first time I had nose surgery, they only raised it with ear cartilage, so it did not feel like an upturned nose at all T_T It is only the second day after surgery now, so it should settle down, right????? T_T
