I lived with a nose job for about 18 years and only had the bridge done. I had it removed at the end of last October, and my bridge area was originally round in my natural nose, but after removal it does not look especially smooth. But from the side, it does not look like that. You have to look closely at my real face from the front to notice it. I went to three clinics for consultations, and I visited two of the so-called top three; one was a hospital that has been getting attention lately, but it seemed more famous for a paranasal surgery, so I ruled it out. At one of the top three, they said it was floating a lot, so it would just come out easily and there would be no change at all, but after actually removing it, it was not like that, so I thought that person was wrong too. In the end I went to a very conservative older surgeon among the top three and had it done there. That doctor warned me in advance that after removal there would be slight irregularity because the silicone had been compressed in place. I regret not asking how to avoid that, too lol. But I think it would probably be hard to avoid, or it would have to go into the realm of revision surgery, so even if I had known, I probably would not have had revision surgery anyway. I really only had it removed. Please refer to the photos.

It feels oddly... like only the bridge is bulging and only the tip has dropped, and I'm wondering whether the support already collapsed.. Am I just being overly sensitive...? I really want to die..
