Nose Re-Surgery

What about removing the silicone at the hospital where I had my first surgery because of the cost?..

I had nose surgery 12 years ago (3.5 mm silicone + ear cartilage), and I suspect I may be in the early stage of contracture. I visited a few clinics in Sinsa, and most quoted 8 to 9 million won for revision with no implant, dermis + rib cartilage.. I already have a lot of expenses right now, and the revision cost is not small either. I'm also worried about dealing with side effects later on.. But on the other hand, there is a hard scar-like mass at the tip of my nose, the tip is quite lifted now, and my nostrils are visible, so I'm scared that if I remove everything, I might end up with a saddle nose.. I don't mind a low bridge, but my nose is wide... The contracture isn't obvious enough for other people to notice, and there is still no inflammation on CT, but once I started noticing it, I've been staring only at my nose for months.. Maybe it's psychological, but at night I keep feeling like my nose is being squeezed.. My first surgery was done at a clinic a friend knows; it's in the provinces, and even searching here or on portals turns up zero reviews.. It's a small private clinic with no website.. It's run by a board-certified plastic surgeon and has built its reputation through word of mouth among middle-aged patients. They've been there a long time, so I do trust them a bit (it looks like they mainly do facelifts..? or other procedures), but the problem is that they don't seem to have many nose-surgery patients, and even fewer removal cases. They said the cost would be 500,000 won (silicone removal).. so I'm tempted, but what do you think?..
