Dorsal hump reduction osteotomy, septum, donated rib support, ear cartilage, and even donated dermis lol. I basically used everything that could be used. My septum is on the small side too... I thought it would be fine if I used donated rib cartilage, so I got it almost entranced by the idea... Ah, I am so anxious because of this. I am scared my nose will collapse...(The clinic said my septal cartilage amount is small and they would harvest only a very small amount so it would not be overstrained... but you never know until they open me up..)For people like me who have had a lot done to the nose, is removal just hopeless? The septum has been messed with for no reason,. Anyone who had a lot done but successfully removed it? Or even just the graft...?
