The nose was already a nose I had surgery on before the operation. But after the surgery to lower the tip, the asymmetry of my nostrils and the shape got worse. I knew there was already some asymmetry, but after the surgery, to my eyes, the columella seems twisted and the shape became round on one side and straight on the other. But the hospital says the columella is not twisted and there is no problem with the shape. What does it look like in the photo? I made an appointment to go to the hospital.
