Nose Re-Surgery

Thinking about removal surgery T_T [Clinic A].[Clinic B]

After going around to 5 places, I’m torn between [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. The content was similar at both. First, at [Clinic B], they examined my nose by touch and looked at photos of my nose before surgery, then thought it over carefully. They said they would remove the silicone, leave the support, and check the inside of the nose through the septum. Because there is a high chance of contracture, they would remove the capsule as much as possible, preserve as much cartilage as they can to revive the nasal tip, and then decide whether to add ear cartilage or not. For the bridge, if there is a hollow area or, just in case, a dorsal hump, they would refine it, and they would also adjust the step so the bridge and tip match. They said I would have to take bridge widening into account. When I asked about bridge widening, tip drooping, contracture, shrinkage, and so on while they explained with photos, they went through each one in detail. They also said that if signs of contracture show up within 6 months, I should consider revision surgery. The consultation with the coordinator was not bad either. [Clinic A] was a follow-up consultation. At the first consultation, I was more inclined toward re-surgery, but there were no before-and-after photos and I did not ask separately about removal, so today I asked about removal. They said they could do either total removal or partial removal depending on what I wanted. Since I had already been there once, they were familiar with the condition of the injured area, the skin condition, and the swelling to some extent. I showed them photos of my nose before surgery. At the first consultation, it was Megaderm + nasal tip, but I told them I did not want to add anything more to the bridge. My nose before surgery was not that bad overall, so they said the nasal tip did not necessarily have to be removed, and they could remove the silicone while preserving the support cartilage as much as possible and use it to make it pretty in the style I want. For what is lacking, as with [Clinic B], it would be ear cartilage, and if the capsule is present, they would remove it. The nasal tip is somewhat lifted right now, and they said they would lower that. When I asked about contracture and so on, they were confident and said not to worry about that. The coordinator consultation had already covered everything the first time, so this time we only talked about the changes. Both are open surgery. The content from [Clinic B] and [Clinic A] is almost the same, but maybe because the doctors have different personalities and firmness, that makes it even harder to decide. Also, [Clinic A] has no review photos, so I wonder whether it really matches the aesthetic I want. If anyone here has had surgery at either one, could you share a real review?? Please no brokers xxxx I also can’t see the premium section, so I’m asking for help. If I have another surgery, I’ll definitely post a real review!!!
