Nose Re-Surgery

My bridge seemed swollen, so I went to the clinic

It's a no-implant surgery, but I think they probably used septal cartilage that had been diced up to fill in the slight step at the nasal bridge.A few days ago, all of a sudden, the side of my nasal bridge seemed swollen (I did start my period that day..). It wasn't just my imagination; my family also said it looked swollen. So three days after the swelling started, I went to the clinic today and they felt my nasal bridge and said it wasn't inflammation (they also didn't mention anything like blood pooling). Since it's only been a month, they said swelling can come and go and the pressure in the nasal bridge can also feel quite strong.Right now, it feels like the swelling has gone down a little, but it still kind of seems swollen, too? If the clinic said that, can I just feel reassured..? ChatGPT also said the symptoms seemed more like swelling or edema than inflammation or blood pooling.I thought about going to an ENT just in case, but I just didn't go. I can feel reassured, right? Has anyone else had sudden swelling like me and then gotten better? In nose-surgery vlogs on YouTube, they don't mention this at all, so it's unfamiliar.. Can swelling suddenly come up and then go down around the one-month mark?
