Autologous Costal Cartilage Removal Question

I asked the three major removal hospitals about this and got this reply. My shape looks off and the pulling sensation is making things so hard, so I asked whether I could just remove everything, and they said, “Autologous costal cartilage is cartilage that adheres to the skin or surrounding tissue, so if the adhesion is severe, removing it can sometimes cause the columella to curl inward or the nose to collapse. If you are worried about those issues, you need revision surgery that reuses the autologous costal cartilage as much as possible to lower it.” That was the answer I got. It really felt like the sky was collapsing. That means those side effects can happen if it is completely removed. But one doctor says removal is easy, and over there they say things like that, so everything is different and I really do not know. I have a naturally round, plain nose to begin with, so even if it cannot go back exactly to the old nose, that is fine. But it should not collapse or curl inward... at least I want it to go back to the original impression. If the nose can collapse or curl inward and there can be such serious side effects, then that should not be okay, but I am honestly going crazy T_T Why did I use autologous costal cartilage in the first surgery and end up not wanting to live...? I really regret it so much. For others who had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, when you looked into it or asked around, was this almost always the kind of answer you got too? I am curious.
