I had nose surgery at the beginning of last year, and I have been coming here and reading posts for over a year. I had vaguely been thinking that after a year passed, I should get it removed this year. What I want to remove is because the foreign-body sensation and discomfort are so severe, and the skin at the tip of my nose feels tingly, so it seems like the cartilage may soon show through (right now it already looks pale and blotchy, but it is not protruding). There is also mesh, so I already get a pimple at the tip of my nose now, and I am worried that it is not healing even after several days. Even if I get a little tired, my nose feels tight and I get a headache with it. My nose is so rigid (it is autologous costal cartilage). The shape is honestly bumpy too, but I accepted it because there is no implant, and my nose has also become thicker, which I do not like, but honestly, if it were not uncomfortable and painful, I probably would have just lived with it.... The problem is that I had functional nose surgery too, and there are functional issues as well... And I heard that my septum may have been damaged a lot, so... I have not been able to make up my mind about surgery. I have gone for consultations a few times, though I had my nose surgery around the time I changed jobs, so after that I did not meet anyone and lived like a hikikomori. I started getting certifications little by little, and luckily I have passed the document screening and written test for a public enterprise I wanted to work for. The problem is the interview next week.. Until now, studying was fine as long as I buried my face in a library and studied, but for an interview I have to meet people, and I might run into someone I know. I want to remove it and start fresh, but I am not even ready for the interview, and I get so anxious and my heart races that I cannot stay still and focus... At the same time, I cannot easily decide on removal either. My functional issues are so bad right now that I have been wearing a mask every day to live and sleep, and I am afraid everything will get worse What should I do? I know I obviously need to study hard and go to the interview.... but I am so anxious.... I was so anxious that today I did not eat anything unusual, but I kept having diarrhea and my stomach keeps hurting..... What should I do

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 Considering removal because of subtle tip cartilage pain
About two years ago I had ear cartilage and alar reduction at the tip of my nose, and I lived without any particular problems. But starting about two months ago, I developed pain in the bridge-to-glabella area and headaches, so I wondered…

I’ve had this nose for 30 years.. I didn’t even know what the material was, but the CT from 2 weeks ago showed an L-shaped implant... It feels like the time has come to send it off... I want to have everything removed, and I’d like to know
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 If there is no contracture, do you just live with a weird nose shape?
If there is no nasal contracture, do you all just live with the shape even if you are dissatisfied with it? Lately I have so much psychological anxiety about whether this nose will collapse more. T_T Honestly, if I had to live with this…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 Two-month update after implant removal

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 Ugh, the consultation opinions from [Clinic A] and [Clinic B] are different, and I feel unsettled
One doctor said that if they keep the support structure or at least the minimum shape, partial removal is possible, and if I want it, full removal is also possible. They said I can return as close as possible to my original nose. Another…
