Since this was a place a friend had used, I went without checking anything, had a consultation with the manager, then with the doctor in charge, and set the surgery date right away. During the consultation, they set the line and kept checking with follow-up questions. After surgery, I just did what they told me to do at home with ice packs and didn’t do what they told me not to do. After the stitches were removed, I had a consultation with the director... well, not really a consultation. I had incision surgery, but the left eye opened a little and the right eye developed thick scar tissue, so I went back for another consultation (2 years later), and they did a revision for free. Maybe because it was free or because it was a revision, there was no consultation with the director after the stitches were removed; it ended after talking with the manager.
