I was dissatisfied that they moved straight to the consultation with the manager without consulting the doctor first. I think you should consult the doctor for any procedure or surgery, so that part was disappointing. But the doctor was kind and meticulous, so I felt better. It hurt less than I expected, and the effect seemed to last about a month.
