Seeing how the hospital's response changed completely after a one-person protest, I gave up on the idea of surgery, but the kindness of the consultation manager stayed in my memory, so I am writing this.
It was not forced or exaggerated kindness, and I really liked how they took enough time and explained things in detail. The consultation manager had an attitude that seemed like there was a lot to learn from.
The doctor also spent a lot of time giving a very detailed and thorough consultation. But from the patient's perspective, it felt inconsiderate because they kept using English while explaining.
The consultation was detailed and kind, but because of the recent controversy around this hospital's one-person protest, I wondered if they were being especially mindful because of that (I found out after the consultation) and the fact that they confidently recommended the submuscular method, which other hospitals usually oppose, while saying there was little chance of capsular contracture, seemed risky.
When I told another hospital's director, that director said that even if they did not perform surgery on me, the submuscular method was too risky, so they absolutely hoped I would not have the surgery. This was a surgical method I learned about from the YouTube medical channel Biong-Jeul-Deol, but the basic surgical approach itself was questionable.
Submuscular: the surgical method is simple. Pain is less and recovery is very fast. That is why they emphasize one-day plastic surgery;;;;. The chance of capsular contracture is very high.
