The director explained the parts I did not know in a calm, soft voice. However, there was a strong feeling of being rushed and hurried, and I was pushed out because there was a next consultation scheduled.
But for breast surgery, they pointed out the really necessary parts and a lot of the parts that other clinics had not explained, and I went, "Oh~" Despite the short consultation time, for anything I did not understand, they even drew a diagram of breast tissue on paper and explained it, and I liked those parts so much that I started thinking about surgery. As an aside, she is really gorgeous.. super pretty, beautiful Anyone who has been there would probably agree.
Regarding the CCTV part, they said that on the day of surgery, the guardian can stand in front of the glass door of the operating room and watch So it seems like a place where surgery is performed transparently enough to feel reassured.
But the staff member doing the consultation. Judging from this person's style of explanation, I do not even know if she was the consultation manager, and there was no name tag either. She said things like, "You did not even hear an explanation about this at another clinic?" and laughed at me, and for some questions she answered while clenching her molars hard and making a face that looked like she was cursing with her eyes. Why?!
She was a staff member in her early 20s with long straight hair (not the older woman among the consultants) and among the hospitals I have visited, this was the only place that gave me nothing at all after the consultation, not even a business card / pamphlet / consultation paper from the person in charge.
Her attitude was so bad that this person made me lose the desire to have surgery at OK. The doctor here was very good, though.
When I posted a review of this clinic and a post about the consultation staff in another community, there were reactions from others besides me saying the attitude felt bad, so please keep that in mind. The doctor may not see this since they are busy operating, but I think they should take action.
There are only two existing reviews, but all of them are overwhelmingly positive, so I may look like I am connected to another clinic 휴
