Before the surgery I had completely monolids, and when I went for the consultation they recommended buried sutures + medial canthoplasty + eye correction surgery. My glabella is a bit wide, but they said it only looks that way because my nasal bridge is low, so they told me to make only a small adjustment to the canthal widening and raise the nasal bridge later, which made the canthal widening look natural and I am satisfied. They recommended doing the buried sutures first and then, if they come undone later, doing incisional surgery again. They also told me before the surgery that my left eye muscle was weak so I might end up with asymmetry, and it really is a little smaller on the left...... I think I will need to fix that later when I do incisional surgery again. Aside from that, I am satisfied with the result, and it is so natural that nobody knows I had double eyelid surgery. Maybe because I did buried sutures, hehe
