This is a surgery review. It was a medial canthoplasty, and the right side was cut in deeper, leaving a scar. I do not know if that was how it originally was, but anyway the Mongolian folds are all gone. Maybe it was because I got the surgery with a student discount. When I consulted, the doctor emphasized that if I was going to do medial canthoplasty, I should also get double eyelid surgery to make it look better, but maybe it was wrong of me because I am male and said I would not do it.
