I had a consultation appointment and went, but I ended up waiting more than two hours. Even when I asked when I could get the consultation, they did not answer properly. I went to the consultation thinking only about my eyes, but the coordinator said that my nose was more urgent than my eyes right now, so after that, when I went around for consultations, I also included the nose. When I consulted with the directors, the explanation of the surgery method was also very insufficient.. (I found out that fact only after visiting other clinics for comparison) The surgery cost was also much higher than at other clinics.
