I’m now on day 8 after my revision revision rhinoplasty. I had the stitches removed yesterday~ I’ll have to wait until all the swelling goes down to know, but for now I’m satisfied with the shape and everything is good, but the thing is, I originally had severe rhinitis, and since the surgery my nose has been running so much. Before the stitches were removed, the stitched area was swollen from the nasal dischargeㅠㅠ Even when I take rhinitis medicine, it doesn’t seem to have much effect. I’m so worried it might heal more slowly because of the runny nose.. Will it get better with time? Was there anyone here who had a hard time because of a runny nose after surgery?ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
