Nose surgery + forehead

I’m planning to get nose surgery + forehead surgery together,

but the problem is that this hospital uses silicone for the forehead ㅜㅜ

I heard silicone has many side effects, so I’m thinking of giving up on the forehead,

but I also think it might look prettier if the nasal bridge? area is matched together with the forehead.

So I’m debating between

1. Getting forehead + nose done together at the same hospital

2. Getting the nose done first, then later doing the forehead at a hospital that doesn’t use silicone

Which do you think would be better?
