I went for a consultation and the overall atmosphere was not bad! There were a lot of people and it felt busy, so it was a little hectic, but aside from that The director was kind and the staff were okay too I asked a ton of questions about lower eyelid fat repositioning, and they answered everything sincerely which I liked ^^
