I had my parents get lower blepharoplasty and upper blepharoplasty surgery. In the upper blepharoplasty, the line they made was too high, and the sagging skin and fat in the lower eyelids were not clearly removed. My parents are now considering double-line crease surgery and revision lower blepharoplasty. Honestly, during the consultation they mentioned that my parents have protruding eyes and even tried marking the line, so I thought they would do a good job, but... I do not know how they are with younger people’s eye surgery, though I hope they would think twice about the eye design for middle-aged patients.
