A nose surgery is a matter of personal satisfaction, so there is no absolute good or bad. Anyway, I had surgery here about 10 years ago and had a revision surgery 2 years ago. There is such a thing as trends when it comes to noses, so... check whether it suits your face and whether it fits you well. The result was not bad, but the head doctor definitely has a distinct style
