The director is incredibly kind, and the aftercare is the best. But some of the nurses are a bit unfriendly or blunt, which is a little disappointing, and the post-op course was not very good, so satisfaction dropped. As with anything, you really need to think carefully and research a lot before getting body contouring too.. The reason for lower satisfaction doesn't seem to be only this place's problem.
