But if I don't like the shape of my nose and want revision surgery after 6 months, will the columellar support made from the lowered septum have fused with the original columellar cartilage, making it hard to reassemble, or will the support septum have bent and changed shape so it can't be lifted back up and the columella can't be made straighter anymore? So do I have to remove the septal support and rebuild the columellar support with costal cartilage? What worries me is that costal cartilage has a chance of causing inflammation, and I heard the worst complication of nose surgery is inflammation in the columella and necrosis of the columella skin (because the skin can't regenerate, so a forehead flap would be needed). If costal cartilage is used in the nasal tip, inflammation may happen there, but if it's used in the columella, then inflammation would happen in the columella, right? So isn't it risky and scary to straighten the columella with costal cartilage when thinking about inflammation? Is my thinking correct?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
