I got an upper arm extraction injection. Contrary to reviews saying the consultation manager was kind, the consultation ended in almost 5 minutes, and the manager only gave me mechanical explanations unless I asked questions. The consultation area and the treatment area are on different floors, and personally the treatment area felt very... cheap, to be honest. There was no interior design at all... but I understand because the cost is low. Still, the treatment area had several beds and felt a bit like a factory. The clinician also proceeded with the treatment right away without any separate explanation, and I couldn't really see their face. I figured it wasn't that complicated a procedure, so I let it slide, but I'll wait for the injection results first, and unless the effect is amazing, I think I'll look for another hospital next time... Oh, and I got the one with steroids, and I didn't have any side effects.
