I had surgery about 4 years ago, and it felt like they tailored it to me! I said I didn't want silicone and only wanted the nose tip a bit slimmer, and there wasn't any particular pressure. It turned out pretty well and I'm satisfied and living with it haha But they said they would check the small protruding part of the hump over time and fix it, after 3 months at follow-up they said that if no silicone was placed, that could happen.. It felt like an excuse? T_T After the surgery it was fine and to a degree that didn't really bother me, so I let it go, but if that happened with other things too I would have been annoyed T_T
