I went there for eye and nose revision surgery consultation. It was probably in the second half of 2018. After the consultation with the manager, I had another consultation with the director, and then another with the manager. In conclusion, I was very satisfied with the director’s consultation (Director Jegal??). You seemed young, but you captured exactly the kind of feeling I wanted and explained things very well. You gave detailed explanations about the parts I was curious about, and I definitely got a professional impression. However, I do not know if that consultation manager is still there now, but I do not think they are. They had a disgusted face and suddenly kept grabbing my face, saying lift your head, lower your head. They were so rude, saying things like that is not okay, that it left a bad feeling. Usually, when touching a made-up face, people ask me first before touching it, but since that person was not even the doctor and did that, haha lol. Since the surgery would be done by the director anyway, I asked about the price, and when I asked if there could be a discount because it was a little more expensive than I expected, they said the amount could not be adjusted. End. Usually they would say it is hard to discount for such and such reasons, but... sigh. So in the end I got consulted again at another clinic and had surgery there. It was even more expensive than here, though.
