I had contouring consultation, and the chief director explained things in an easy-to-understand way. Perhaps because they are not the type to raise the patient’s expectations too much, they also talked about what would not be possible. The staff member talked too much in an excessive way and even said some of what the doctor was supposed to say. Still, they were kind.
