After my nose surgery, I had fat grafting here after some time, and they really did it so naturally. But it was so natural that I also thought maybe I should have put a little more in... The doctor and my acquaintances said similar things, that if I had put it here it would probably have looked excessive lol;; I was thinking whether to do only the forehead or go for a full face. The doctor said that if I did the forehead instead, it could look artificial and might make the plastic surgery look too obvious because of the nose.. So I got it only in other areas except the forehead, and I am happy with it. I think it was the right choice not to do the forehead
