It's been almost a year, and I haven't had any particular problems or discomfort~ I haven't bumped it, and I saw some people say they felt a foreign-body sensation from paranasal implants, but my nasolabial folds were deep, so I'm very satisfied. Since it was revision rhinoplasty, I didn't want to open it up again, but I'm relieved that it seems like this was my last surgery. My nose shape is still holding up well, and I just hope it doesn't change from here. Also, some people asked about the materials, but the materials differ depending on each person, whether it's a first surgery or revision surgery, and what condition the nose is in. After my first surgery, my nasal tip had drooped, but the other parts were maintained pretty well, so I did use ear cartilage, but it seemed like most other people who had surgery at this clinic used donated costal cartilage~ I'll have to keep being very careful with my nose so the nasal tip doesn't droop as much as possible.
