The director tends to explain things quite thoroughly. There was a bit of a wait, but I had arrived a little early, so I was still able to have the consultation at my scheduled time. And above all, the director's consultation was longer than I expected. They really looked at my face in detail, and rather than giving a one-size-fits-all diagnosis like saying to extract from here and put it here for a full-face approach, they pointed out the unique features of my face and explained in detail how those points could be improved. They also showed me a lot of review materials from surgeries done with similar methods, which made me trust them more, and I felt positively about their experience.
