I liked that the waiting time was not long. If you sit and wait a little, they call you pretty quickly. The surgeon generally explained at the beginning of the consultation how facial fat grafting would be done, with a kind of teacher-like vibe lol. They are very honest and say what can be done can be done, and what cannot be done cannot be done. Also, they tend to explain things in a way that even first-time consult patients can understand, and if you ask something you do not know, they answer right away. The staff you see as soon as you enter the clinic.. are fairly kind. They greet you with smiles.
