I lost weight through dieting, but my arms got thicker, so I was stressed and went for a consultation thinking liposuction might help. I went at my reservation time, waited about 10 minutes, saw the staff manager, and had the consultation. Then I met the surgeon right away and had the consultation. They explained everything one by one with PPT slides and told me to ask anything I was curious about, speaking calmly, so it felt like they were not rushing me or bothered by me, which made me trust them more. I consulted with the chief surgeon, and they said it would not be down to bone-level upper arms, but that they could become somewhat slimmer, so after the surgeon consultation ended, I discussed the cost with the staff manager and left after making a reservation because I liked it. There was an additional charge for the chief surgeon. Still, I believe they will do a good job, lol. I hope the surgery date comes soon, haha
