For my hump nose, I had the thinnest silicone implant put in, and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage were used. I think the line came out really well, so I’m very satisfied I had the splint removed today, so my nose looks like Avatar, though. But is it normal for the area around the nasal ala to feel hard and like there’s a foreign-body sensation..??
