I liked that they explained things with a clear point of view, without giving off a salesy feel. There are a lot of videos on YouTube about double eyelids, and it seems like they made videos about the questions that are repeatedly asked on the homepage. I liked that it seemed like they were trying to help the patient understand things slowly.
