The consultation was really thorough. I didn't get seen by the consultation manager, but I spent about 30 minutes with the doctor, and they went through the questions and answers one by one. But honestly, the surgery cost came out much lower than at other places, so I hesitated and asked the consultation manager a question, and it took more than 3 days to get a reply.. That made me worry about aftercare after surgery. So I put it on hold. If they had answered my question right away, I think I might have gone through with it here, because the consultation itself was very good.
