I consulted with Dr. Jeong. I am not going to have surgery with Dr. Jeong, but he was kind and explained things in a way that made the reasons easy to understand. If a beginner goes there and remembers the things they want to ask to some extent, there does not seem to be any need to worry. The manager was also kind, and the staff overall seemed friendly. Overall it felt decent.
