I liked the consultation with the head doctor... It was not a detailed consultation about the surgery method though. Still, I was satisfied. The doctor was kind and seemed busy, but when he came into the consultation, he did not really show it. I had written a long list of questions, and he said to look at it and answered them one by one. But after some consultation, the manager came in and kind of wrapped things up. I did not have many questions, so it was fine, but if you had more things you wanted to ask, it might have felt a bit awkward. Still, overall I was satisfied.
