The consultation manager was extremely kind. She was the most human of any clinic I've been to and really picked things that suited my eyes well. The only disappointing part was that she didn't recommend the procedure I actually wanted, so in the end I won't do it here, but the consultation was sincere and the cost was also relatively low, so I struggled with the decision a lot. The director also consulted carefully, and overall it was good.
