I only consulted with the consultation manager and didn't even get to meet the doctor before coming out. It seemed like I had to set a surgery date before I could get a consultation. I thought, how can you schedule surgery without even seeing the doctor? The consultation manager was kind, but it didn't make me want the surgery any more.
