This was the second hospital I went to for a consultation. The first consultation hospital was a hospital specializing in eyes, so this was actually my first proper consultation for the nose. The wait wasn't long, and I had consultations in the order of manager -> director -> manager. They recommended nose osteotomy + bridge (donated dermis) + tip (septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage may be added during surgery) + bulbous nose correction. I said I didn't have a huge desire for a high bridge and wanted something natural, and they said that if they dissolve filler and shave off the slight curve in my nose, my skin is thin so it may not look smooth, so they suggested using donated dermis as a covering. The cost was 5.39 million won, and they said it could be discounted to 4.2 million won if I booked that day and also wrote a review. I haven't been able to visit many hospitals yet, so I said I would think about it more and left. The director and manager were both kind, and the manager said I didn't need to worry about proxy surgery, and the director only does up to three surgeries a day, which made me trust them. But I want to avoid putting anything into the bridge as much as possible, so I'm going to look into other hospitals too.
