The director is so warm. Even when I went in for AS after my first double-eyelid surgery, he let me try drawing the line I wanted without showing any annoyance and listened carefully to my needs. When I came back much later to consult about another area, he remembered me and was still just as warm. It is a bit disappointing that the line heights of both eyes are different, so they are uneven, but every time I see him on YouTube I keep cheering him on.
