Since it was only a consultation, there wasn't really a reason to deduct stars. The consultation fee was 10,000 won, and since I was the first consultation, I had a lot of questions, but they kept answering and kept asking if there was anything else, so I felt they were kind. They also showed me actual photos of the eye surgery process, which helped me get a sense of how the surgery is performed.
