I visited after a friend recommended it because I wanted eye correction for ptosis correction and cosmetic purposes. I went without choosing a director, but after consulting with the manager, they took into account that I am a cautious person and that my eyes are difficult to operate on, and assigned me to Director Moon Ye-seul, who is meticulous and specializes in eye surgery. The manager wasn't exactly the most reassuring style, but explained everything I needed well. There was a bit of pressure about the reservation deposit, though. The director is a woman, so it felt more comfortable and better hearing the explanation. At another clinic, they said an epicanthoplasty wasn't needed, but here they said it should be done. They explained the reason well, so it didn't feel pushy, but the expected surgery cost became quite expensive. I think it's a plus that the whole building is a plastic surgery clinic, that it has a long history, and that an anesthesiology specialist is on site. The facilities didn't feel especially stylish, but overall I was satisfied with the consultation experience.
