I went for a consultation because I heard it's a specialist clinic for lower eyelid fat repositioning. There are separate doctors for the under-eye and upper-eye area (double eyelids), and the director gave a very thorough consultation and was kind. They said fat grafting isn't mandatory, but if I do it, the effect would be good, and they also showed me how the results would look both with just lower eyelid fat repositioning and with fat grafting as well. I also asked about lateral canthoplasty and inferior canthoplasty, but since the surgical area would be the same, they wouldn't do them together, and said you'd do the lower eyelid fat first and then the outer or lower canthoplasty. I heard that if you do it that way, the canthoplasty counts as revision surgery. The price was also reasonable. If you're worried about lower eyelid fat repositioning, I recommend going for a consultation.
