I called to make a phone reservation and said I wanted an in-person consultation with the designated doctor, and they said it would be possible two days later because of a conference, so I visited two days later. After waiting 10 minutes, the coordinator guided me to the consultation room and the consultation started.. huh, what the... First, when I said lower eyelid surgery, they looked at my face and bluntly said I am not the kind of eye they can do it on.. wow.. They said only the fat that bulges under the eyes could be removed, but there was not that much fat to remove.. If the coordinator is not a specialist, and it is a borderline case, should they not transfer the consultation directly to the doctor? If lower eyelid surgery is not possible, they could also recommend lower blepharoplasty that is more suitable for me.. (Other hospitals recommended lower blepharoplasty.) Throughout the consultation, the friendliness was zero to the point that it felt stiff. Even when I stood up to leave, the coordinator did not say a single word of greeting. For the sake of the hospital, I think you should replace that person.
