I consulted with Director Seo Seong-bo, and he explained things very kindly and at a good pace. I liked that he gave off the confidence of a specialist, and he said that upper eyelid incision was necessary in order to prepare for both cases: when the swelling goes down a lot after surgery and when it goes down only a little. I trusted that. He said it was not simply about making the eyes bigger, but about naturally setting the line where the double eyelid starts. However, I did not get to try the line, and the consultation only lasted about 3 minutes, so the 10,000 won consultation fee felt wasteful. Also, since I did not get to try the line, I felt a bit uneasy. I think some doctors with lots of surgery experience can predict what kind of line will come out just by looking at the eye, and there are definitely doctors who can do well even without drawing it. But as a customer, I feel uncertain and anxious, and it feels burdensome and risky to place a large amount of money on just those few minutes. When I was talking with the consultant about the surgery fee after seeing the director, it ended in almost 20 seconds... They asked me right away for the possible surgery date, so I said I would think about it more and decide, but after telling me the price they stood up and immediately left. It felt like, "If you're not going to do it, then don't," which was unpleasant and awkward from the customer's point of view.. They also did not ask if I had any more questions and ended the consultation on their own, lol. I have a completely monolid with some fat on the eyelids, and they said the price would be 1.8 million for eyelid correction by incisional double-eyelid surgery plus 500,000 for inner corner surgery, with a cash price of up to 2 million. Conclusion: Because there were so many people, it felt like things were moving quickly; the doctor was kind and seems like they would do well, but not drawing the line made me uneasy. The consultant was very unfriendly.
