I had under-eye fat repositioning. Since it was around the eyes, I was very worried, but from the outside it is completely unnoticeable and I am very satisfied with the procedure. My under-eyes had sagged and made me look older, but the director was thorough, so I had almost no bruising and not much swelling either.
