I had front canthoplasty and because I had asymmetric eyes, I had corrective ptosis surgery on only one side and buried sutures. The double eyelid line doesn't exactly match the original eye shape, but it still looks natural. I was worried a lot about scars from the front canthoplasty, but the coordinator said not to worry about scars, and there really isn't any scar visible at all. It's not nonexistent, but it's hidden by the inner corner of the eye so you can't see it. But the front canthoplasty on one side seems to be coming undone, so I'm going to ask whether revision surgery is possible.
