11 years ago I had inner corner surgery and incisional double-eyelid surgery at Canthoplasty Plastic Surgery. My eyelids were thick and sagging, so they said I had to do the incisional method and that inner corner surgery was necessary, so I did that. I asked them to make the line big, but they made it too big, so even now it feels awkward unless I draw eyeliner very dark.
